Located in Fig Tree Pocket, Brisbane, this project involved the construction of three separate outdoor living areas, each carefully designed to suit a different part of the property. By combining premium materials with tailored construction methods, we delivered durable, low-maintenance spaces that seamlessly complement the home’s modern design.

Breezy Decks completed a full outdoor living transformation across three separate deck areas, including:

  • Demolition and removal of the existing decking and unsuitable structures.

  • Complete site preparation.

  • Construction of a Stratco Pro-Beam steel subframe where required for maximum strength and longevity.

  • Construction of H4 treated pine structural framing to additional deck areas.

  • Installation of WoodEvo Advanced Oak composite decking throughout the project.

  • Installation of premium picture-frame borders and breaker boards for a clean, seamless finish.

  • Installation of Merbau hardwood posts and handrails, providing a warm natural contrast to the composite decking.

  • Installation of stainless steel wire balustrading to elevated deck areas, maintaining safety while preserving the surrounding views.

  • Supply and installation of powder-coated aluminium pool fencing around the pool deck, providing a modern finish while complying with Australian pool safety standards.

  • Installation of joist protection tape across all timber framing to maximise structural lifespan.

  • Installation using 316 marine-grade stainless steel fixings for superior corrosion resistance.

  • Construction of all required concrete footings and structural supports.

  • Final detailing, complete site clean-up and project handover.

Each outdoor space on this property was designed with a specific purpose in mind. By combining the strength of Stratco Pro-Beam steel framing, H4 treated pine framing, WoodEvo Advanced Oak composite decking, Merbau hardwood feature posts andhandrails, stainless steel wire balustrading, and powder-coated aluminium pool fencing, we created three outdoor living areas that are both visually striking and built for long-term performance.

The aluminium pool fencing provides a clean, contemporary finish while maintaining uninterrupted views of the pool area, perfectly complementing the modern design of the home.
